IPSL Internship Day 2026

Open to: All IPSL interns (research and professional), their supervisors and the IPSL community
Each year, the IPSL Climate Graduate School (CGS) facilitates between 30 and 40 research internships across IPSL laboratories. This event brings together M1, M2, and occasionally L3 students to present their work, learn about the CGS, and discuss current research themes.
The morning also welcomes students undertaking professional internships (such as ICOM service roles or project management assistants), reflecting the multidisciplinary nature of the institute. The event is open to all interns, supervisors, and members of the IPSL community interested in exchanging with students and research teams.

Programme:

  • 09:00: Welcome and coffee
  • 09:30: Welcome address and presentation of the IPSL Climate Graduate School (Solène Turquety)
  • 10:00: “My Internship in 180 Seconds”: Short oral presentations followed by a Q&A session. Note: Oral presentation slots are limited to the first 10 registrants selecting this option.*
  • 11:00: Poster session
  • 12:00: End of the event

Participation:

This event is open to all interns hosted by IPSL laboratories, regardless of their funding source (EUR IPSL-CGS or other) and all the IPSL community. Three modes of participation are available:
  1. Oral presentation (limited to 10 spots)
  2. Poster presentation
  3. Attendance only
